Muni Enterprises has launched the apartment complex ‘Fitron Residence’ built in Hulhumale’.
Fitron Residence was launched by Maldives Monetary Authority’s (MMA) Governor and Chairperson Dr. Azeema Adam, during the Financial Expo held at Dharubaaruge.
Muni Enterprises has been providing furniture through Muni Homecare for the past 35 years.
Speaking to VNews, Muni Enterprises’ Sales and Marketing Manager Ali Shaathir said they aim to provide affordable services for customers. The ‘Fitron Residence’, situated near the sea on Fitron Road in Hulhumale’, will have two towers of 95 apartments and four penthouses each.
The Fitron Residence will have one room, two room, three room and four room apartments, with a maid room included in each apartment. It will have two swimming pools, a gym, parking area, and a play area for children, he said.
Shaathir further said currently the building’s foundation is being laid out and the building will be completed by December 2018. The sale of the apartments have officially begun and they are receiving huge support from the public, he said.
The cost of an apartment is between MVR 1.5 million to MVR 5 million. Further information will be available at www.fitron.mv, he said.
Shaathir also said that special discounts will be given to those purchasing all furniture from Muni Homecare, for Fitron Residence. All apartments will be sold with a ‘Muni’ kitchen set-up, he said.
